You can continue to use Batch Returns for PRH during this time.
Batch Returns was designed to be more efficient and less wasteful than writing multiple return requests on pieces of paper. Today the system is used by independent bookshops and retail chains, such as WH Smith and Waterstones, as well as all the major UK publishers and distributors from Hachette to Gardners.
The costs to publishers are dependent on the volume of business going through and how that customer connects to the service. Publishers and other suppliers are advised to contact us using the contact form so we can discuss their specific needs.
